CIRIA is the Construction Industry Research and Information Association, a neutral, independent and not-for-profit body who’s vision is to be a leading enabler and preferred partner for performance improvement, driving collaboration across built environment and construction sectors for the identification, development and transfer of knowledge.

Square Gain provides training services for CIRIA, as a lead delivery partner for their Environmental Good Practice on Site training, which is delivered both as open courses and in-house for large construction and real-estate companies, and receives consistently excellent feedback.

Square Gain have also authored publications for CIRIA, most recently Delivering Wellbeing at Site Level, which focuses on the component areas of mind, culture, body and physical environment to identify how to improve performance in them. The guide also includes a baseline tool that can be used to plan actions and track performance and a series of awareness raising slides to help communicate the strategy to the target audiences. Taken together these elements of the guide will enable construction companies or sites to develop a comprehensive wellbeing strategy and improve their performance.
