Life Science REIT is a real estate investment trust that invests in UK properties that are leased or intended to be leased to tenants operating in the life science sector. 

We worked with the Life Science REIT Board to develop their ESG strategy, support the implementation programme and embed ESG across the company, develop their Climate & Carbon Strategy, incorporate climate risks in the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach, and produce the their ESG Report and TCFD Report.
