Analysis and comparison of PHPs approach and the NHS Net Zero Building Standard
Square Gain conducted a strategic and operational review of Primary Health Properties' (PHP) project development approach, against the NHS Net Zero (Carbon) Building Standard and requirements for embodied carbon, operational energy and operational carbon.
This included a review of PHP's processes and procedures and also a detailed analysis of the performance of selected project, using both traditional building techniques and modern methods of construction.
The project involved detailed discussions with key staff and presenting findings and solutions to the senior team.
