ESG Strategy, carbon accounting and TCFD Report
Life Science REIT plc (LSR) is a real estate investment trust that invests in UK properties that are leased or intended to be leased to tenants operating in the life science sector. On this project we worked with the board and the in-house ESG team.
We worked with the LSR Board to embed ESG across the company, develop their Climate & Carbon Strategy, embed climate risks in the company's ERM approach, and produce their ESG Report and TCFD Report.
